Chose this tour specifically for Floriade but was so much more. Our driver/director was marvelous. Really enjoyed this short break to Canberra and surrounds. Great accomodation in great location. Have done a few trips with AAT Kings now and would recommend. Georgie from Global Journeys was helpful as ever.

The trip was very well organised with some many and varied places to see that we never heard of. Lots of kms - 4,831 but we had many of stops and in house commentary and documentaries by tour leader Carolyn - she really knew her stuff and has a sense of humor. Carolyn is excellent host with a wealth of knowledge who makes everyone comfortable yet brings home reality of Australia history. She entertained us with information and data on places and people. Wow..what a great trip we have just enjoyed with AAT Kings, thanks to Hannah and her colleagues at Global Journeys. We met some wonderful people and were in the capable hands of two lovely young ladies..Anna and Ash. Loved the trip. A bit rushed. Too many early mornings and long days. Would love it if it was more spread out. The accommodation was excellent. Food and drinks were great. Itinerary was good. Accommodations and included meals were good. We had a knowledgeable tour director and a safe driver. This trip covered two UNESCO sites namely Kakadu National Park and Uluru National Park. I enjoyed the Field of Lights and the natural wonder of sunrise over Uluru.

Fabulous trip only 1 hotel was issue at Tenant Creek, but trip was amazing, our tour guide Dave was amazing, his knowledge and nothing ever to much trouble for him, Fabulous guy, and our bus driver Mac, kept us safe with his skill of driving, and his jokes. One of our best trips,

I had a wonderful time travelling with a lovely bunch of people on this AAT Kings tour of the South Island of New Zealand. Most of the accommodation was wonderful and the included dinners were great. The only drawbacks were that the front page showing the itinerary with scenic stops was misleading as it ...read more was showing that Mt Cook was a sightseeing stop which never happened as whoever drew the route to Mt Cook was incorrect and would have had to get there from Omarama. Also we were only given 30 minutes to walk there and back to see Franz Joseph Glacier. I did not enjoy the train journey and when embarking we did not get time to look at the station. Overall it was a great tour but more time for the essential sightseeing stops would have been great. I also enjoyed the extra optional tours on offer such as The Glenorchy Lord of the rings tour and the Kiwi Bird Park.

My Tasmania Icons bus trip was just excellent. Visited places on my bucket list, plus more. Guide Carolyn Tipper has so much local knowledge as she lives in the state! Loved the NZ experience. This Marvel tour includes lengthy periods of coach travel that I found more difficult than I expected. You are not provided with a detailed itinerary. Our stop at Arrowtown was for 30 minutes, 10 of those queued for the toilet. I had made a couple of bookings (one non transferable ) in Queenstown. Excellent driver with intelligent commentary. Tour director was hard to understand at times and talked to much about herself. We were given a one bed room in Auckland despite all other nights were twin ( as per booking ). Consider the additional costs of the optional recommended gratuity that you are reminded about.

Enjoyed the trip. The planning with Georgie was easy. Our travel director and driver were excellent - the commentary gave so much detail about the history of Tasmania and the trip allowed enough time to explore the places we stopped in. Maisie from Global Journeys made this trip possible in a very short time as I couldn't finalise things with the Operator quickly. This tour is great if you want a quick glance at all top spots of South island so that you can plan an extensive trip later to spots you liked.

Very pleased with Hannah's service from wo to go organising the trip. The coach tour with AAT Kings was very enjoyable and value for money. The Tour Director and Driver were amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. Highlights ...read more of the trip were: Russell Falls, Strahan and Gordon River Cruise, Cradle Mountain, cable car at Cataract Gorge, lunch at Joseph Chromy winery, Bicheno, views at Freycinet National Park and of course the Cruise and lunch at Wineglass Bay and Port Arthur. There were too many highlights to mention as Tassie has so much beautiful scenery and photo opportunities.

I enjoyed this trip so much. It was so easy as always dealing with Global Journeys. I have been on a few trips through them now and will certainly use them again. I always feel in good hands with Georgie. The trip was well paced, amazing places visited, the scenery stunning. The Trans Alpine train and Milford Sound cruise were my highlights. Global Journeys handled our every need and question! This trip was one of the best I've experienced. AAT Kings provided an excellent tour guide, and I couldn't believe the skills of the bus drivers. Accommodations were perfect. I had a few suggestions for AAT Kings for future journeys: providing more information on the terrain on specific excursions; ...read more perhaps offering headphones for the hard of hearing; and providing name tags to ease getting acquainted with our fellow travelers.

Our AAT Kings Perfect Tasmania tour was exactly that, perfect. Our very experienced bus driver Tom and Tour Director Dave were both fantastic with a wealth of knowledge about Tassie. This was our third journey with AAT Kings and as before the guide and driver were excellent. The drive to Monkey Mia is long but there were frequent stops all of which added to our knowledge of Australia its peoples, environment and culture.

A very comfortable way to see an historic part of Australia that sits in our collective memory. Wild life, amazing scenery, vast open vistas, big sky’s, amazing sunsets experienced with a small group of like minded travellers. Easy travelling that is well organised and thoughtfully paced. Great tour from Darwin to Perth with AAT Kings. Small group on a large coach allowed plenty of room for everyone. A great tour of a rather remote part of Australia...a great tour to do it if, like us, you are not 4WD travellers. Well structured and organised by AAT Kings.
